The IC 320 Calorimeter determines the calorific value of a sample by measuring the heat released during combustion inside an oxygen-charged decomposition vessel. After placing the sample into the decomposition vessel, oxygen is manually charged, and the automatic lid system securely seals the unit.
Combustion is initiated by ignition, and the heat released is transferred to the surrounding water medium. High-precision sensors and advanced software continuously monitor the temperature change, ensuring reliable analysis.
